Point Pleasant Villas Rental Rules
Short term vacation rentals are permitted. Owners can choose to participate in the Point Pleasant Resort program or manage rentals on their own.
Point Pleasant Villas Monthly HOA Fees
HOA fees are paid monthly and are based on unit type. 2022 fees are:
- Efficiency - $1,032
- Studio - $1,362
- Villa - $2,023
- 2 Bedroom- $2,683
Monthly HOA Fees cover a number of services for owners. These services include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Water & Sewer(water treatment and Waste water treatment plants)
- Insurance (including hurricane insurance) for exteriors and common elements
- Internet service
